Q: Do you create your own patterns?


A: Sometimes. I have used existing patterns, I have altered existing patterns, and I have created my own patterns from scratch. It really just depends on the individual project and if there is an existing pattern for the style or look I am going for.

Q: Do you create footwear?


A: No, I don’t. I can design spats or something similar that works with the footwear, but I don’t actually create a full shoe.

Q: Can you fabricate armor/helmets/etc.?


A: Yes, I can do some minor armor fabrication. Although I have not been working with EVA foam for very long, I am growing more capable in my abilities. This is an area I plan to grow in very soon!

Q: Do you create outfits for international buyers?


A: Yes! There is one hurdle: converting from Metric to US/Imperial measurements. I prefer measurements being in the US/Imperial system (since that is the main system of measurement here in the United States), but we can work together to make sure that we have everything correct.

Q: Are you available to attend our event?


A: I love attending different events! If you have an upcoming event that you would like me to attend or participate in, please get ahold of me to check my availability.

Q: Are you available for photoshoots?


A: Nearly all of my photography (as well as web and graphic design work) is done by Killer Pom Production & Design. If you are attempting to solicit a paid photoshoot, I am probably not interested.

If you are a hobbyist, beginner, or similar type of photographer looking to build your portfolio or expand your skill set, then feel free to get ahold of me to discuss this further.

Q: How long does it take? / How much does it cost?


A: Unfortunately, it’s hard to say. It really depends on a number of factors:

  • Pattern availability
  • Fabric type/amount
  • Complexity of design
  • General availability
  • etc.

The amount of time and cost varies from project to project. Please contact me right away so that we can talk about the outfit you have in mind.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy on photo prints?


A: If an item is damaged or defective, I will gladly issue you replace the defective item or issue a refund. Just get ahold of me and let me know!

Q: Do you accept photo print order for international buyers?


A: Sure! But please be aware that international shipping times may vary.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?


A: Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Q: Do you sign your prints?


A: I can sign them upon request. If you’d like them signed, please feel free to contact me!

Q: How can I pay? Are payments secure?


A: My store is powered by Storenvy, and the checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
Payments for outfit commissions can be paid for by PayPal. Feel free to drop me a line to learn more about this process.

Q: What if something is wrong with my order?


A: If you have a problem with an order, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can work to get the issue corrected!
