I spent my time this weekend working on quite a few things.
I revamped an old Batman lunchbox that I found at a local antique store into an over-the-shoulder bag. It was a fun thing to make (and I even had to break out the power tools!)
I’ve also been taking a second look at my Rainbow Dash outfit that I wore on Sunday at Pop Con. It has a new and exciting addition, which I’ll show off soon!
Next up: Continued work on my new Harley Quinn outfit. I’ve still got to finish about half of the waist corset, but it’s nearly done! The house now has red and black threads throughout it, but the outfit is coming along nicely.
And International Cosplay Day is this Saturday (August 29th)! As I mentioned before, I’ll be going to Indianapolis to meet up with a bunch of friends! You can check out the event here. After that, I’ll be meeting up with more friends at Will Con.
I’ve got many things to do that day, but I’m really looking forward to it. If you are around the Circle Center Mall on Saturday, stop by and see us crazy cosplayers! (If you can’t find me, odds are I’ll be browsing through Victoria’s Secret!)
